It is essential that defects within buildings are detected and highlighted soon as practicably possible, as this can prove invaluable in minimising both costs and repairs. By using our extensive building pathology knowledge, our team have the capabilities to identify an array of building defects as well as be able to provide recommendations into the necessary repairs. 

When defects are identified and prior to any repair work being undertaken, it is essential to fully understand and ascertain the root cause of the visible damage. All to often an unexperienced contractor is instructed to remediate the issue and whilst it makes the defect more visually appealing, the issue arises again within a short period of time leading to further costly repairs. 

Helix undertakes thorough and impartial diagnosis inspections, utilising both invasive and non-invasive methods of inspecting the defect, whilst always ensuring a minimal amount of disruption is caused to appropriately identify the issue.  

Following our on-site investigation, Helix will produce a comprehensive report, highlighting the defect and possible causes, whilst also providing our recommendation for its remediation.
