Helix was delighted to be instructed as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Principal Designer for an external repairs and redecoration project to the Embassy of Finland.

We worked closely alongside Finlands Head of Property and Grosvenor Estate to deliver the works providing essential repairs and redecoration works to the complete external façade. The works were designed and undertaken to ensure the building can still operate at full capacity, with a high number of daily visitors.

Helix was delighted to act as Project Manage and Contract Administrator for the complete refurbishment and basement extension of this beautiful, listed, detached property within the prestigious Grosvenor Estate.

Helix worked closely with the Architect, M&E Engineers and Interior Designer to deliver a successful project restoring this once dilapidated house into a home which will be enjoyed for many years to come. 

Helix was delighted to be instructed as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the full redesign of the existing MEP installation and interior and exterior refurbishment works.

Helix worked closely with the M&E Engineers to delivery an environmentally efficient system. As the property was a fully operating college, we worked closely with the administration department in order to overcome the complex challenge of undertaking a project within a fully occupied premises. 

Helix was delighted to be instructed as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the external repairs and redecoration ‘Section 20’ project to an estate in North London. 

The works compromised roof repairs, mortar and brick repairs and redecoration works to the timber windows.

Helix was delighted to act as Project Manager and Contract Administrators to deliver 2 new build 4-bedroom properties in close proximity to Wimbledon Station.

Helix was delighted to act as Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principle Designer for a CatA fit-out within a Central London shared workspace building. The working include sandblasting of all internal walls, new electrical services and a complete refurbishment throughout.

Due to the constraints of working within an occupied building, Helix worked closely with the client to ensure all tenants were updated with the projects progress at key intervals.

Helix was delighted to be instructed as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Principal Designer for the alteration and refurbishment works to a South London PRS apartment complex.

The client wanted to increase the flat’s internal living areas by undertaking alteration works, whilst also increasing the properties’ rentability. 

Helix was delighted to be instructed as Contract Administrator and Principle Designer for the external repairs and redecoration works to an estate with multiple block in Wembley, London.

As external façade works had not been undertaken for some time, the communal timber windows had suffered from significant rot damage, meaning extensive timber restoration works were required. 

Helix was delighted to be instructed as Contract Administrator and Principle for the complete roof replacement to a South London block. 

To ensure conformity with Approved Document B, extensive compartmentation works were undertaken internally.

Helix was delighted to be instructed as the Party Wall Surveyor on behalf of the Building Owner.
